By increasing your Hunting skill you are able to unlock unique abilities through Path of the Hunter.
Hunter's Kill Vision
Hunter's Kill Vision is an ability that makes your hunting kills glow for a certain amount of time. It will affect all animals and creatures that have their kills tracked in your Hunting Guild Log Book. It comes in 3 levels, each upgrade making the glow last longer. Once unlocked It can be turned on/off by casting your Enable/Disable Kill Vision power; using the shout key.
Hunter's Precision is an ability that shows how deadly your aim is with a bow. Attacks with a bow against animals and creatures will cause bleeding damage. Bleeding damage slowly drains the health of your prey over a period of time.
Hunter's Ancestry (working title) - In Development
A power usable only once per day, Ancestry (working title) summons an ancient Hunter to aid you in battle. The time limit will depend on the ability's level, but will range from 30 to 90 seconds.
Hunter's Instinct - In Development
Can be cast to show/point out clues to track animals during Hunt Contracts. Think of Tomb Raider's Survival Instinct. Has possibly 3 stages, each upgrade showing more clues/points of interest. Levelled up by increasing your Hunting Skill and carrying out Hunt Contracts. Possibly usable outside of quests to find hidden animal dens in the thicket, and other such gems.
